This position offers a monthly salary of ¥15,000–30,000 plus project bonuses, monthly and year-end performance bonuses and special technical rewards. Applicants are required to hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electronic Engineering or related majors with more than two years of working experience in battery structure design or relevant fields, and candidates with new energy battery development experience are preferred.

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or above with no less than two years of lithium battery process R&D experience, be familiar with battery materials, manufacturing processes and testing standards, and proficient in CAD software; candidates are expected to take charge of mass production introduction of new processes and on-site technical troubleshooting, possess capabilities in trial production risk control and laboratory personnel management, be resilient under work pressure and available for business trips.

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from ¥15,000 to ¥35,000 plus project bonuses, monthly and year-end performance bonuses as well as special technical rewards. Applicants are required to hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or related majors with over five years of working experience in the battery industry, and be proficient in battery technology, full-link supply chain and quality management.

This position provides a monthly salary of ¥15,000–30,000 plus project bonuses, monthly and year-end performance bonuses and special technical rewards. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics or related majors with at least three years of hardware development experience in battery packs and BMS, and candidates with experience developing batteries for drones, eVTOLs, robots and vehicles will be preferred.

This position offers a monthly salary of ¥15,000–30,000 plus project bonuses, monthly and year-end performance bonuses as well as special technical rewards. Applicants are required to hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, New Energy or related majors with over three years of working experience in battery pack structure integration R&D, be proficient in the design and development process of lithium-ion and solid-state battery packs, and candidates with practical experience in delivering battery projects for consumer electronics, light power equipment and drones are preferred.

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from ¥15,000 to ¥30,000 plus project bonuses, monthly and year-end performance bonuses as well as special technical rewards. Applicants shall hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Energy and Power Engineering or related majors with more than five years of working experience in energy storage battery product management, be proficient in battery systems and core components including BMS and PCS, excel in full-lifecycle product management and cross-departmental project coordination, and possess commercialization and overseas market development thinking.
