Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for system design of lithium battery PACKs and related supporting components;
2. Prepare 3D and 2D drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs for designed products;
3. Support prototype production and trial production guidance for battery PACKs and related components;
4. Maintain communication and collaboration with R&D and application teams, provide timely technical support, and help complete market development;
5. Support product planning and sales, and assist in building the product supply chain.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in materials, mechanical design, or related fields; experience in lithium battery PACK design/testing is preferred;
2. More than 5 years of PACK structural design experience, familiar with module and battery pack design processes; successful two-wheeler or three-wheeler project experience is preferred;
3. Basic understanding of module electrical systems;
4. Proficient in SOLIDWORKS, CAD, Office, and other office software.

2. Analyze and resolve process abnormalities in pouch lithium battery manufacturing, and drive process improvement and optimization;
3. Follow up on new product introduction, trial production, and mass production process validation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in materials, chemistry, machinery, electrochemistry, or related fields;
2. Familiar with lithium battery manufacturing processes; pouch cell process experience is preferred;
3. Good problem analysis, communication, collaboration, and on-site execution skills.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrochemistry, materials, chemistry, or related fields;
2. Experience in lithium battery system development, familiar with cell design and validation processes;
3. Strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills.

2. Familiar with production planning, personnel management, and on-site safety management;
3. Strong execution, communication, and exception-handling skills.

1. College degree or above in quality, materials, machinery, electrochemistry, or related fields;
2. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, and other quality tools;
3. Experience in quality engineering in the lithium battery or new energy industry is preferred.
