AenerX (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. has filed a patent titled “An Artificial Intelligence-Based Solid-State Battery Production System and Method”, with the publication number CN120824433A, according to information released by the China National Intellectual Property Administration. The application was filed in July 2025.

The patent abstract indicates that the invention falls within the technical field of solid-state battery production and provides an artificial intelligence-based solid-state battery production system and method. The method includes: collecting, in real time, physical contact state data and interfacial chemical state data of solid-state batteries during production; predicting, based on the real-time data, whether the electrolyte layer will meet preset conditions for incomplete bonding; if so, processing the physical contact state data, interfacial chemical state data, and historical process parameters using a Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient algorithm to generate a high-pressure compensation command and a plasma treatment extension command; and synchronously adjusting the hot-pressing process and interfacial treatment process based on the high-pressure compensation command and the plasma treatment extension command.
